Hi Aisa,

sorry I’m in delay with answering comments. There isn’t really a recipe for the salad. I mixed greenstuff I found in my fridge and poured some dressing onto. :)

The salad on the photo:
– romana salad (I don’t know how to call it in english, it looks like this http://bit.ly/Rfq60n)
– some leaves roquette salad
– a small tin sweet corn
– a red bell pepper
– some fresh herbs

Dressing:
– olive oil (ca 1-2 soup spoons)
– water (more water than oil)
– white wine vinegar (only a little)
– hot french mustard (a tea spoon)
– salt and pepper

That’s it.

Oh and the fruit salad:
– one pineapple
– 1/2 honeydew melon
– 1 banana
– 1 kiwi
– 1 nectarine
– a little bit freshly pressed lemone juice
– a soup spoon orange liqueur (I use a spanish one: Angel D’or from Mallorca)
